What You’ll Do
- Drive sales of pigment emulsions and specialty chemicals across key industries
- Build and manage long-term relationships with customers and distributors
- Identify new markets, applications, and growth opportunities
- Work closely with production, QC, and R&D teams to meet customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms
- Track sales performance and market trends
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in pigment, dye, coatings, paper, plastics, or ink sales
- Strong technical understanding of pigments and chemical products

Marketing Manager – Chemical Industry

Experience: 4–8 years
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for pigment and chemical products
- Build Chemrad’s brand presence across digital, trade shows, and industry platforms
- Create product content, technical brochures, and application-based messaging
- Support sales with lead generation, campaigns, and market intelligence
- Analyze competitor activity and industry trends

- Experience in B2B chemical, pigment, or industrial marketing
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and technical products
- Ability to simplify complex chemical information for customers

Chemical Engineer – Pigment Manufacturing
Location: Manufacturing Unit – India
Experience: 2–6 years
What You’ll Do
- Support pigment manufacturing operations and process optimization
- Monitor production parameters, yields, and quality consistency
- Implement safety, environmental, and compliance standards
- Assist in scale-up of new pigment products and formulations
- Work closely with QC and R&D teams to improve performance
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Chemical Engineering
- Experience in pigments, dyes, emulsions, dispersions, or chemical manufacturing
- Strong process understanding and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, shop-floor oriented approach
QC Manager / QC Technician – Pigments
Location: Manufacturing Unit – India
Experience:
- QC Manager: 6–10 years
- QC Technician: 1–4 years
What You’ll Do
- Perform quality testing of pigment emulsions and dispersions
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards
- Maintain SOPs, COAs, SDS, and quality documentation
- Handle customer complaints and root-cause analysis
- Coordinate with production and R&D for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Degree/Diploma in Chemistry or related field
- Experience in pigment QC, dyes, coatings, paper, or inks
- Strong knowledge of analytical testing and quality systems
